Что в докладе Мюллера пока неизвестно. Барр говорит, что проинформирует Judiciary Committee о содержании доклада на этих выходных.

Вот, собственно, письмо Барра полностью -- Read Attorney General William Barr’s Letter to Congress on the Mueller Report.

Однако, известно, что больше никаких обвинений Мюллер выдвигать не будет.

Также Барр говорит, что Мюллер ни разу не был overrulled:

In addition to this notification, the Special Counsel regulations require that I provide you with “a description and explanation of instances (if any) in which the Attorney General” or acting Attorney General “concluded that a proposed action by a Special Counsel was so inappropriate or unwarranted under established Departmental practices that it should not be pursued.” 28 C.F.R. § 600.9(a)(3). There were no such instances during the Special Counsel’s investigation.

Что во всем этом мне кажется наиболее странным -- это то, что не было предъявлено обвинений Корси.

Вот это тоже крайне странно:

Still can't get it out of my head that Mueller has been litigating a subpoena since August 2018, won at the District Court and Circuit Court, is waiting on a likely denial of certiorari from SCOTUS, and decided "nah, I don't need those documents to finish up?"

Seems unlikely.

И вот это. Andrew Miller -- это соратник Стоуна, который сопротивлялся повестке Мюллера:

Update from Miller's lawyer: "Several days ago the Special Counsel notified us that they are still interested in having Andrew Miller testify before the grand jury...It is not clear at this point whether any further request for testimony will come from the U.S. Attorney's office".

Несколько дней назад! Хм.

Я смутно и неполно знаю, вот и спрашиваю. Вдруг я строго наоборот всё понимаю.
Скажем, правильно ли я помню, что материалы дела обвиняемым отказались гэбнюки выдать?
