Сару Сандерс отказались обслуживать в ресторане. Потому что она работает пресс-секретарем Трампа.

Хорошо ли это, правильно ли? Я считаю, что неправильно, и мне это не нравится.

Буду ли я выступать с осуждением владельцев ресторана? Нет. И я не считаю вообще правильным тратить на это время.

Harley-Davidson announces plans to move more motorcycle production overseas

Harley-Davidson Inc. said Monday it plans to move production of motorcycles destined for the European Union to its international factories, in response to tariffs the EU has imposed on its bikes. [...]

Harley said the impact of the 31 percent tariffs, up from 6 percent previously, could be $100 million per year on the company, or roughly $2,200 per motorcycle.

“Harley-Davidson believes the tremendous cost increase, if passed onto its dealers and retail customers, would have an immediate and lasting detrimental impact to its business in the region, reducing customer access to Harley-Davidson products and negatively impacting the sustainability of its dealers’ businesses,” the company said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

А я не говорил: "ответьте мне именно правильно" или "ответьте мне именно законно".
Идеальный вариант ответа включал бы в себя и вопросы морали, и вопросы законности.

Но как-то я ни одного (!) ответа не вижу.

Вы спрашивали, "Скажите, пожалуйста, где Вы проводите границу? Вот до этой границы частное лицо обязано обслуживать, а после неё - нет."

Я вам говорю, владелец ресторана (не любое частное лицо), вообще говоря, не может отбирать, кого ему обслуживать, кого нет.

Но это не значит, что мы не можем выразить поддержку конкретному владельцу конкретного ресторана, попросившую удалиться одну конкретную персону. Даже если это противоречит каким-то правилам.

Или у Вас ответы ситуационны, в зависимости от "линии Партии", а истина, право, справделивость, здравый смысл и пр. отдыхают?

Что такое "общий вид"? То, что я написал в комментарии выше, это недостаточно "общий вид"?
