He is also a political commentator on The Huckabee Report.[6]

Huckabee announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination in the 2016 presidential election,[7] in Hope, Arkansas, on May 5, 2015.[7] It was his second run for the U.S. presidency. He suspended his campaign on February 1, 2016[8] and became one of Donald Trump's most ardent supporters. His daughter, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, currently serves as Trump's White House Press Secretary.

В США нет эквивалента 282 статьи УК РФ с расплывчатой формулировкой про ненависть к "какой-либо социальной группе". Закон запрещает дискриминацию на основе расы, религии, сексуальной принадлежности или национальности. К этому можно добавить инвалидность и несколько других категорий, но не принадлежность к администрации президента. В остальном ресторан имеет право отказать любому человеку в обслуживании.

К примеру, кофейня в Окленде отказывается обслуживать полицейских:

Clearly, the law does not allow a business to arbitrarily exclude a prospective customer. In order for courts to determine what constitutes arbitrary discrimination, the court will examine whether the action taken by a business owner is reasonable and for good cause.

Good cause is established when there is evidence of improper, illegal or immoral conduct by the customer that occurs on-premises and that is contrary to the public's welfare or morals. To determine whether a customer's conduct is "contrary to the public welfare," the patron's actions must be evaluated and found to be harmful and undesirable.

Ясно как божий день, что ее присутствие в ресторане не вызвало бы возражений у как минимум половины жителей Вирджинии, то есть аморалку тут никак защите не соорудить. Arbitrary будет, если только там в ее присутствии не собралась большая толпа disrupting business.
