Хантеру Байдену будут предъявлены обвинения в нарушении налоговых законов (misdemeanor). Также ему будут предъявлены обвинения во владении оружием будучи наркоманом, но эти обвинения будут аннулированы после двухлетнего испытательного срока.

В деле о документах Трампу не нужно было даже признавать себя виновным. Все, что ему нужно было сделать, чтобы избежать потенциального тюремного срока, это вернуть документы, о чем его долго просили.
