Трамп сегодня подписал указ призванный, вроде бы, прекратить практику разделения семей. То, что, о словам Трампа и его представителей, мог сделать только Конгресс и, конкретно, демократы.

So Trump reversed a policy his administration says it never had, which non-policy was nevertheless a "law" for which the Democrats were responsible despite not controlling any branch of the federal government. Got it.
