Именно. Хочет Джулиани выбросить все голоса в Филадельфии или только половину не стоит обсуждения, тем более что твит Сарлина был, вообще, о другом.
Вы, на мой взгляд, все время хотите найти какую-то симметрию -- Джулиани с Пауэлл гонят какой-то бред, но вот аналог с другой стороны. Но ситуация совершенно не симметричная.
