I think it was the last warning for the USA. We seem to escape this time but if we keep putting partisanship over national solidarity, if we keep lying and badmouthing each other, if politicians keep breaking the rules and cutting the corners in order to get ahead the next time will come somebody more cunning, more devious, more dangerous than Trump. And who knows if the country will be able to cope with that somebody.
