Whether Barkan's question pertained to police funds or not, I don't know, and that is not what my post is about.
The people who created the video that Scalise posted spliced the words "for police" from another part of the interview at the end of the question about funding. Barkan actually says "Do we agree that we can redirect some of the funding for police?" in the posted video. Something that he did not say in the interview.
If you don't find this in and of itself outrageous... Well, I am surprised then.
