Вышла новая большая статья о Q, в этот раз в The Atlantic, "The Prophecies of Q".

Для меня в этой статье нет ничего нового, интерес представляют только впечатления автора от живых разговоров с поклонниками Q, но, к сожалению, в статье этого совсем немного. Но вступление там хорошее:

Так вот по поводу "you would look like any other American". Я давно собирался это сделать, и вот сегодня наконец собрался.

Кто-то, видимо, кинул клич, и поклонники Q стали постить короткие, обычно секунд 4-5, видео, в котором говорят откуда они и произносят свой главный лозунг (правда украденный Q из фильма) "where we go one we go all".

Так вот я проделал большую работу... Ну, большую или небольшую, но несколько часов потратил, и собрал в Твиттере более пятидесяти, кажется, видео. Я рекомендую всем посмотреть как минимум 30 штук, потому что иначе чего ж я их искал так долго. Просто посмотрите, чтобы поразиться какая это, не побоюсь громкого слова, diverse группа -- белые, небелые, молодые, пожилые, мужчины, женщины...

И не только американцы, кстати, -- в этой подборке представлены люди откуда угодно -- Парагвай, Гана, Новая Зеландия... Я собирался написать, что, слава богу, не нашел никого с Украины... No such luck, есть и с Украины.
