Какой же "спайгейт"? Вам же сказали - "шпионаж случился". Пассивная форма. Надо ещё добавить что "случился" этот шпионаж только в отдельных редких аспектах в отдельные промежутки времени. А все остальное время во всех остальных местах вообще никакого шпионажа не было - почему вы не уделяете равно время всем тем случаям когда шпионажа не случалось? И вообще - some of those guys are very nice people.

Сравнивать подозрение Трампа в "измене родине", которое расследовали в течение более двух лет нужно с действиями подобного масштаба - подозрением левой группы "ваших товарищей" в попытках недопущения к власти, а потом в попытках свержения законно избранного Президента.

Законов много, они разные и противоречивые.
Выполняя один закон - непременно нарушаешь другой.
Законодательная ветвь власти получит оценку о качестве своей работы. Повод для радости.

Закона, по которому секретную часть доклада надо предоставить Конгрессу, нет. Такой закон был в случае independent counsel, этот момент там четко прописан. Этот закон отменили, а в случае special counsel есть всякие исключения (в так называемом пункте 6e), и может потребоваться разрешение суда, даже для передачи в Конгресс. В чем состоит ваше возражение?

Cohn paid the mortgage through "fraudulent" fund transfers, the complaints allege.
According to the charges, Bolan, other colleagues and the law firm "knowingly concealed" Cohn's interest to help him avoid federal tax liens.

Cohn's battles over the years with tax collectors and bill collectors have been highly publicized. In two 1978 tax court agreements, Cohn acknowledged owing $233,268 in federal taxes, but when the IRS came to collect, it found no assets in his name.
Cohn's extravagant and well-publicized life style was supported by a $500,000 annual expense account provided by his law firm instead of a salary, the government charged.
Cohn has used the no-assets, no-income defense to avoid paying more than $500,000 in back taxes claimed by New York state and New York City. In addition, he has yet to pay court judgments of $5.2 million in private civil suits.
