Три дня назад -- Dowd Out -- the lead lawyer Трампа в расследовании Мюллера прекратил работу на Трампа, а другой адвокат, известный своей защитой Трампа и теорий заговора на Fox News, diGenova, присоединился к трамповской команде.

Сегодня -- Trump Won’t Hire 2 Lawyers Whose Appointments Were Announced Days Ago:

President Trump has decided not to hire two lawyers who were announced last week as new additions to his legal team, leaving him with a shrinking stable of lawyers as the investigation by the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, enters an intense phase.

“The president is disappointed that conflicts prevent Joe diGenova and Victoria Toensing from joining the president’s special counsel legal team,” Mr. Trump’s personal lawyer, Jay Sekulow, said in a statement on Sunday morning. “However, those conflicts do not prevent them from assisting the president in other legal matters. The president looks forward to working with them.”

Трамп тем временем запостил пару твитов о том, что fake news все врут о том, что известные адвокаты не хотят с ним работать, просто он доволен своей командой, а у новых людей займет слишком много времени вхождение в курс дела; а так все рвутся поработать на Трампа.

Как говорится, верить нельзя ничему, пока Кремль не примется это отрицать, а Трамп не назовет это "fake news".

Трамп считает адвокатов продажными и беспринципными людьми ("Fame & fortune will NEVER be turned down by a lawyer"), но среди этих продажных существ почему-то не находится ни одного, желающего срубить легкие бабки, защищая невиновнейшего человека.
