Получил student evaluations за прошлый семестр. Приведу пару комментариев студентов online курса.

Вот один (кусок комментария):

Most importantly, he responded to your emails or discussion posts VERY QUICKLY. It was seriously scary sometimes, I can't remember a time in ~20 emails/posts where he didn't respond within two hours, and many times he responded within minutes. For example, I had a response within 5 minutes, one time, when I emailed him at 6 am, and another time within 10 minutes when I emailed him at 11:30PM.

А вот другой (тоже кусок):

There was no interaction with professor. You were truly teaching yourself everything in this course.

И, в принципе, оба/обе правы.
