Абсолютное вырождение

Я думал озаглавить эту запись... что-то про вырождение республиканской партии. Но, вообще, это позор США как таковых.

Вот список предложенных изменений к биллу о помощи Украине. 127 штук. Возможно, я что-то пропустил, прокрутив страницу, но я заметил только два изменения, предложенных демократами (одним демократом), все остальные — от республиканцев.

Некоторые из них выглядят как будто они написаны путинскими троллями. И они путинскими троллями и написаны.

Prohibits the use of funds to arm, train, or otherwise assist the neo-Nazi Azov Battallion, it's successor, the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade, or any other successor organizations.

Requires all Members of Congress who vote in favor of this Act to conscript in the Ukrainian Military.

Prohibits funding until Ukraine holds free and fair elections.

Prohibits funding until Ukraine stops persecuting Christians.

Prohibits funding until Ukraine closes all bio-laboratories.

Prohibits the use of any funds for Ukraine until 90 days after the President has initiated peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.

None of the funds made available by this Act may be obligated or expended or otherwise allocated until the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine submits all documents related to any investigation of Burisma Holdings Ltd. to Congress.

Prohibiting funds to be dispersed until Zelenskyy certifies in writing to Congress that President Trump did not seek Zelenskyy's assistance in influencing the 2020 election.

This amendment will ensure that America's NATO allies are paying their fair share for security. It mandates that before any funds for Ukraine can be spent, the President must certify that NATO allies are meeting their Wales Summit Declaration commitment to spend 2% of their GDP on defense.

Provides that no funds appropriated in this Act may be obligated or expended while members of the Armed Forces are living off food stamps (supplemental nutrition assistance program)

Provides that no funds made available by this Act may be obligated or expended until operational control of the United States-Mexico border is achieved

Restricts funding provided in the Ukraine Security Supplemental Appropriations Act from being obligated or expended unless the President certifies that a certain amount of border wall is completed on the southern border of the United States and Mexico. Specifically, for each mile of border wall completed, $1 billion of the funds can be used.

Update: Некоторые поняли мою запись так как будто эти изменения могут быть одобрены. Они не могут быть одобрены. И количество предложенных изменений — обычная тактика затягивания времени, ничего страшного.

Страшно то, что члены Конгресса США совершенно не стесняются работать путинскими троллями.
