Хорошая аналогия

It’s basically like if you poll a group of 100 men about their wives, after catching them in bed naked with their tennis instructor.

A certain percentage is gonna be like “No way man, she wasn’t cheating, she said it was a new exercise!”.

But out of the rest that believe she was cheating, a percentage will still say “Yeah… well of course she was banging him, but all wives do it, and I love her, so I put up with it because she’s still better than my other options.”

Thats the Trump voter that thinks he’s guilty and still wants to vote for him.

Трамписты и Навальный

Интересный феномен.

У трампистов получается защищать Путина от обвинений в ответственности за заключение и смерть Навального — Навальный умер от прививки, Навального убило ЦРУ и т. п. — и утверждать, что они сами как Навальный.

Я приводил уже truth Трампа, в которой он, с одной стороны, ни словом не осуждает Путина, а, с другой, говорит, что в США его преследуют как Навального в России. И, насколько я знаю, с тех пор Трамп ничего об ответственности Путина так и не сказал.

Но еще более ярко этот феномен проявляется у рядовых трампистов.

Вот, например, сегодня Юлия Иоффе в Твиттере ссылается на заметку Медузы о том, что в России начали задерживать людей, приходивших на похороны Навального. Реакция трамписта? Естественная:

Oh… kind of like what happens in this country if you showed up to a Trump rally on January 6 and you were grandma and you walked up on the capital and took a selfie. They even have these people that have named themselves sedition hunters. They seek you out and find you and turn you over to the FBI. Don’t you think those people would have a good job with Putin? Yeah Democrats inspire those kind of people.
