Президент очень обеспокоен.

I’m very concerned that Russia will be fighting very hard to have an impact on the upcoming Election. Based on the fact that no President has been tougher on Russia than me, they will be pushing very hard for the Democrats. They definitely don’t want Trump!

Комментируя сегодня угрозу Белого Дома лишить security clearance нескольких известных критиков Трампа, House Speaker, Пол Райан, сказал "I think he’s trolling people honestly".

И с Райаном сложно не согласиться. То же самое "he’s trolling people" верно и в отношении недавних угроз в адрес Ирана, и в отношении уже давних угроз в адрес Северной Кореи...

Только нужно понимать, кто есть те people, которых Трамп is trolling entertaining день за днем. И я об этом писал -- "You are the mark!":

You are the mark! Вы, те, кто голосовал за Трампа, те, кто сейчас поддерживают его, несмотря на то, что он каждый день врет вам лицо. Вы, рядовые избиратели, the super elite.

Именно вас Трампу удалось обмануть во время президентской кампании, и именно вас он продолжает обманывать сейчас. Не либералов, и уж тем более не Ына с Путиным, как некоторые из вас воображают. Только вас.

The Trump administration on Tuesday announced up to $12 billion in emergency relief for farmers hurt by the president’s trade war, moving to to insulate food producers from looming financial losses that would be a direct result of President Trump’s policies.

It's hard to believe there isn't an outright revolt right now in Congress.

По-моему, наоборот, очень легко себе представить, что there isn't an outright revolt right now in Congress -- республиканцы, в числе которых и сам Коркер, контролируют обе палаты Конгресса, и совершенно не имеют желания перечить президенту, что бы он ни делал.

Но некоторые республиканские члены Конгресса, как тот же Коркер, иногда разражаются прочувствованными речами на тему "да что же он творит такое!"

Другой республиканский сенатор, Lisa Murkowski, на ту же тему, отсюда:

MURKOWSKI isn't happy Trump wants to "single out" farmers for aid, saying his tariffs threaten Alaska's seafood industry. "What about the manufacturing sector? What about the energy sector? The oil and gas industries?"

"Where do you draw the line? I've got some real concerns."
