I think you are confusing me with someone else. I have never said anything about these things.
I think the transition of power will happen whether Biden gets security briefings next week or not and whether Trump wants to leave or not. That's exactly why the American system is robust as the founders designed it.
However, I have no doubt that Trump would like to be a dictator and would grab the first chance to do it if there was one.
