"Не пойман - не вор" - нормальный подход для бизнесмена со склонностью к рискованным схемам. Но если этот человек при этом никогда до этого не находился на государственной службе и многие годы не давал ни копейки на благотворительность, возникают вопросы, будет ли он работать в интересах страны или в своих собственных интересах.
