Помниться, этот вопрос как-то активно обсуждали в ЖЖ. А читая Боланьо, которого я все цитирую, я наткнулся прямо на эпизод из ЖЖ-дискуссии. Только это не русскоязычные ЖЖисты рассуждают о том может ли муж изнасиловать жену (она ж ему жена!), а мексиканские полицейские.
